[Suzhou] HeJian Technology (HJTC), Chingis Technology and Andes Technology jointly promoted MCU solution recently. The solution provides MCU designers the 0.18um e-flash logic process with easy-to-integrate 32bit micro controller embedded Flash memory IP combination and foundry turnkey solution.

Based on HJTC 0.18um logic process, the 0.18um e-flash technology is collaborated with Chingis pFLASH™ patents and its design experience. The accumulation of 8" wafer shipment achieved more than 100K already. This new solution is fully compatible with the original logical process and also the supportability of 90% & 85% shrinkage, so that customers can fit the embedded Flash in ICs to expand the application scope and enhance product value and performance eventually. HJTC has shared the process in this joint promotion of MCU solution.
