The 2nd (2007) China Semiconductor Innovation Product and Technology Appraisal, held jointly by CSIA*、CEMIA*、CEPEA* and China Electronics News, has selected 35 items of innovative products and technologies. HeJian 0.162um CMOS process acquires the honor of "2007 China Semiconductor Innovation Technology Award".

The essential conditions for this appraisal are requested that: the research and development organization must be registered in PRC and the main research activities accomplished in China mainland; the products and technologies should be innovative and advanced, and possess the autonomous intellectual property, which have been applied into practice and achieved certain progress in production; the application time or the patents and the autonomous intellectual property acquired time should be during 2006-2007. The honor adequately appreciates the achievement of HeJian in the field of technology innovation.
