Suzhou, China, May 31st, 2006 -- HeJian,
HeJian Technology (suzhou) Co., Ltd. (HeJian) produced a new generation of multi-media player chip. The new product, produced with HeJian's 0.18um mixed Signal technology, designed by Actions Semiconductor Company (Actions), has been tested and verified successfully by Actions and is right to put into mass production.
The new product will support Microsoft's "Windows Media Digital Rights Management DRM10 (WMDRM10, i.e. Janus DRM)", "Microsoft's Media Transmission Protocol (MTP)" and be backwards compatible with WMDRM9. It also supports high-speed USB2.0, hard disk medium memory, 2M-pixel image sensor and so forth. The new product is equipped with Battery Charging Protection technology and can store and display digital and motion pictures. Besides, the new multimedia player utilizes Action's latest AMV(Advance Media Video) engine, which makes the color multimedia player able to display videos smoothly and 512M memory able to display 120 minutes at least. With the new product's duly release, Action is deemed to make greater achievements in multi-media player market, owing to its technology advantage and mature sales channel.
