In addition to comprehensive IP & free libraries, HJTC offers chip shuttle services. Device applications in HJTC 0.25um e-EEPROM include Smart Card, SIM card, and etc. HJTC is currently working on 0.18um e-flash process development. With 32K above macro size features, 0.18um e-flash process technology will be released at the beginning of 2006, which will enhance great competitiveness on customers' products in market at that time.
